Minimum Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines are determined by the proximity of our authorised brand dealer network to the winning bidder's location. Through our intelligent area-mapping system, we assign the nearest registered dealer to fulfil each order, enabling delivery in as little as 2 hours from dispatch.
Maximum Delivery Timeline: For locations farther from our dealer network or orders requiring specialised logistics, delivery takes a maximum of 3 working days from the dispatch date.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on total cart weight, dimensions, distance, and destination pincode. All shipping costs are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Any applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed before final payment confirmation.
Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing the logistics partner details and a tracking ID. You can track your order status as well as the real-time location of your consignment directly from your CKART customer account dashboard under 'My Orders'.
For heavy building materials (such as tiles, bricks, or bulk paint drums), deliveries are made ground-level at the customer site provided road access is available for heavy transport vehicles. Customers are requested to ensure site access and necessary unloading assistance if required.
